Voted 19th Best Place to visit in Austin by the Chronicle in 2005, and ashaving the Best Dressed in a Cosmic Cowboy Honky-Tonk also by the Austin Chronicle in 2006, Poodies Hilltop Bar and Grill thinks there are NO BAD DAYS .... and Poodies would like to invite YOU out for a visit so you can judge for yourself. We are open from 11am to 2am Monday thru Saturday and from 12noon to 2am on Sundays. Plus, we cook the best Poodie Burgers in Spicewood, TX and even have our POODIES GRILL MENU online, just so you can call in your order if you happen to be running late, or just want to pickup "to go".
If you like to dance and have lots of fun we have a few friends we can introduce - check out the BAR SHOTS - if you have an extra minute to spare. We have live music all through the week with Price Porter and Friends on Monday Night, The Troubadillos on Tuesday Night, Open Pickers Night with our very own singing bartender Jimmy Lee Jones on Wednesday, and a whole list of different guys and gals on Thursday, Friday and Saturday - don't forget to check out our events listed under the CALENDAR and rummage around our POODIES SHOW PHOTOS while you are online.
Poodles Hilltop Bar and Grill is NOW LICENSED AS A FULL-SERVE BAR with Liquor, Beer & Wine on the menu. Patrons are not longer allowed to bring their own bottles but we are sure to have your favorite flavor in stock.
